The funding measures of the GAK are decided upon by the Planning Committee for Agricultural Structure and Coastal Protection (PLANAK) in the form of a framework plan. It applies for the period of the financial plan and is reviewed annually and adapted to current developments. The federal states implement the framework plan through their own development programmes and supplement it with their own funding measures.
