The InvestEU programme provides long-term funding to support recovery from deep economic and social crises. If you participate as an implementing partner, you can receive an EU guarantee under certain conditions. The EU guarantee can be used to cover risks in many types of financing. National development banks and international financing institutions are eligible to apply as implementing partners. Companies under private law, public institutions and other economic operators from an EU member state or an eligible third country are eligible to apply to the InvestEU Fund. There must be a market failure or sub-optimal investment conditions that affect the EU or individual member states as a whole.
