The project’s first goal is to build a Europe-wide network of advisors with organic farming expertise. It welcomes experienced organic advisors, conventional advisors, and newcomers eager to develop organic advisory skills. The network will be animated through various online and in-person knowledge exchanges and training. This includes 30 Cross Visits across five regions: 20 for arable and ruminant sectors, and 10 for vegetables, fruits, and viticulture. Beyond technical skills, the project offers 5 Soft Skills Trainings to explore different advisory methods.
